Food was great, service was ok and managers were awesome....peanuts are always on the table so not sure why people keep saying they have to ask for them, just dumb i guess. Anyways it was a great experience and I definitely recommend visiting. One thing I would consider though would be to STOP changing the menu so much or every other season, it gets really frustrating when you like something then start ordering it on a regular basis just to find out its not being sold anymore a month or 2 later geez....other then that everything was great!

Our waitress rocked. Excellent. The yeast rolls were fresh out of the oven hot. The garden salad was fresh and I love love love their thousand island dressing. Please bottle and sell it. I ordered the 5 pepper steak. Dang what was I thinking. It was cooked perfectly, flavorful and hella hot. Did I mention it was 5 pepper steak and what the hell was I thinking. Great dish for spicy lovers, not for the acid reflux seniors. The fried squash was delicious.

Horrible experience here. Literally wish I could give less than one star. I love a decent chain style junkie restaurant as much as the next grew up middle class kid but this was no where near decent. 1) Never offered peanuts. 2) Thirty Minutes to get our drinks (it was happy hour and our receipt later was for full freaking price.) 3) Half of my half rack of ribs was just sauced bones. - When we called our waiter over about this he didn't know what to do and asked if I wanted to see the manager. They never offered to replace half my ribs. They did give me the $4 discount I already would have gotten for downloading their app. The manager never came out of the back again after saying he would give us a discount. I watched. Several other tables seemed to be having issues with the food and not the almost okay waitstaff. To fix all the over charging and bullshit service, our waiter came back and asked how much I wanted from him. What the heck kind of establishment is this?? I just wanted a bucket of peanuts, full rack of ribs and my happy hour drinks. Not math, stress, and shit treatment from a manager.

Absolutely the worst dining experience! We had to get our own cutlery, food was cold, and wait staff was inattentive. No wonder we were able to get seated right away.

Came for my birthday dinner. I usually love Logan's back in Texas but this was just an awful experience. First of all, we were offered no peanuts, isn't that one of their selling points? Peanuts? Anyways, we ordered a full rack of ribs and when the ribs got to the table it was a half rack with bare bones on the plate covered in sauce. We talked to the manager and he gave us a 4 dollar discount and then charged us full price on our happy hour drinks. The waiter w eventually just asked "how much do I owe you" and we never heard back from the manager. He didn't even offer to just replace the food. I will never return to this restaurant and I hope the management gets their act together because there sure seemed to be a lot o complaining going on.

We ate at the bar and our server was great. We did not have high expectations going in, but unless you are eating @ Superior; the other options in town are all mediocre. I gave my coworker the choice between here and Outback and as he just got a new phone over at ATT in the mall, he picked Logans. The steaks ordered were pretty good, although my fillet was a bit on the rare side of the ordered medium. My coworker's was ordered med/well and the server came back from the kitchen asking if it was ok to have it butterflied; which I thought was a nice touch. I was offered a chilled glass to go with my beer and a replacement when I got a second. We finished off our meals with a trio of deserts (little buckets of goodness). Overall a $90 bill for both and it was $ well spent!

The food was okay and there was no wait but the silverware was disgusting. I had to get 3 different sets of silverware till I got one that wasn't dirty. The service was kinda poor, the waitress spilt my drink within the 1st 5 min of being seated and they she forgot to bring me another one. After our food came we couldn't find her anywhere. But when she was there she was very friendly. Overall I don't think the food or the service was worth the price I paid.

Sevice was aweful. Had to go find someone to get a drink refill after 20 minutes of waiting and the meal nearly done. Steak was dry. We won't be back to this one. I've been to others and they have been fine. He didnt waste anytime collecting on the bill though.

The food here was mediocre. The best thing on the menu is the Porkies. The worst part about this place is the amount of time it takes to get your food. It usually takes about 45 minutes from the time you order until the time you receive your food. For this reason I would not recommend it to anyone with younger children since you will be there a while and they tender to get restless. The rolls are great and the peanuts on the table are good as well.

This place is just not good. After my ordeal I don't have the desire to spend much time on just how bad it is but if I can get one person to go somewhere else then I've done my part. I noticed there are a few positive reviews but I would bet they are from a family member of that locations management. No way can my experience be that different from these others. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken, baked potato with sour cream only and a skewer of vegetables. The potato came with butter, no sour cream. The chicken was dry... the skewer of vegetables was way overcooked. I ordered a diet coke.... At Logan's you can order your drink when you arrive but it comes with the meal... not before. Oh and though the menu states refills are free... good luck getting one. All of this on a week night. The place was not at all busy. All in all there were five of us and all of the food was at best marginal. Our total bill was 100.00 which is way to much for what you get. The service was horrible as the entire ordeal took about 1.5 hours from sitting down to paying. This was our second time to eat at Logan's in Bossier City. The first time was a couple of weeks ago and it was no different. I would have never eaten here again but it was my daughters birthday and she got to choose. I will not go back. There are so many other good choices in Bossier. Outback which I consider a decent chain restaurant is much better. I feel for the company. They bought prime real estate, built a nice restaurant and now have obviously hired incompetent managers who are going to promptly ruin this locations business. When in Bossier City and your looking for cheap steak you have, Outback, Texas Roadhouse, Chili's, and Applebee's (Chili's and Applebee's are not good either... but I know you know that). Any of the above are better than this Logan's. I've eaten at the Logan's in Monroe and Alexandria and both were competitive with the other comparable restaurants. If someone from corporate reads this review you better get down here soon or your new location will go the way of the Luby's that was torn down so you could build your new location.

We have only gone to this location once, but still had a recurring problem with the steaks. 3 times in 6 months (the only 3 times) we had terrible steaks. My husbands were very fatty and at this particular location it was a 95/5 ratio of fat to actual meat. I had chicken and I don't remember what our kids had but it was all good. I love the food (other than the steak), which is a shame because my husband never wants to go back due to the steak issue. Everything else is always great, but the steaks fail horribly. Luckily, the staff at this location was very nice and removed the steak from the bill.

I wish there was a way to give less than one star on this review. I can't speak to the quality of food at this location, as we didn't even get that far. My wife and I came in (this has been a couple months ago now) ready to have a good meal, as we are fans of the Logans on Youree Dr. in Shreveport. I sat down and ordered a beer. The server asked for my ID, as she should, but refused to serve me due to the fact that my ID is from out of state. I politely informed her that we would be going somewhere else for supper that night. Nothing had been ordered yet, so the only waste was the silverware on the table (they can't legally leave it on the table if someone's sat there, even if they didn't touch it). I got up and stood by the front door, waiting for my wife, who had gone to the restroom. I flagged down a manager and asked him about the policy of not serving alcohol to anyone with an out of state ID, and he told me that it was Louisiana law. I informed him that this was not the case (having just googled the law myself while waiting) and he proceeded to then call me an idiot. I smiled and turned and walked outside toward my car, thinking ok, whatever, we'll just go somewhere else that actually knows what they are talking about. But it wasn't over. The manager decided it would be best to follow me outside and continue yelling and threatening to call the police to verify that he was right, and have me arrested for causing a disturbance. The entire time, he was the only one who raised his voice. the point. The point is this: You can't expect to have a successful restaurant if you don't properly educate your service staff on the laws associated with running a restaurant and serving alcohol. this goes doubly for managers. If a customer is unsatisfied and decides to dine somewhere else instead, that is their prerogative, and in no way is it acceptable to follow a customer into the parking lot and yell and curse at them when they have chosen to just walk away instead of arguing with a moron. Oh, after that we drove to the GOOD Logan's and had a lovely meal, and my frosty cold beer was very, very tasty.

Absolutely the worst dining experience! We had to get our own cutlery, food was cold, and wait staff was inattentive. No wonder we were able to get seated right away.

Lunch Time ...waiter. "We're out of chop steak ...I"ll see what steaks we have available today". REALLY? ??? Is Logan's preparing to close it"s business Bossier City?

My family and friends go here all the time. We love it great service and love there food. Husband wishes they would put the 18oz New York strip back on the menu, but other than that we love it.

Cold Beer. Free Peanuts. I just wish the bowl of Chili was Bigger. The bowl of Chili is very small.

The food was very bland, and the service wasn't much better. I would recommend visiting the Logan's off Youree in Shreveport
